Elise provides services to Buyers, Sellers & Investors within a wide spectrum of Real Estate transactions. Her in-depth understanding and knowledge of municipal planning provides added value to Real Estate clients.

She previously worked as a Municipal planner with small to large municipalities in Southern Ontario and through a cooperative model with 12 small municipalities in rural Northwest Alberta. This included several municipalities with oil and gas extraction as their only or primary industry, with some forestry and mineral mining exploration. Other experiences included planning for farms, tourism, and heavy industrial communities. Various residential, office, retail uses of various densities are within her experience mix.

She also worked in the private sector on Asset Plans of Ontario Government Buildings and Research Stations and with Commercial Appraisers on a major bank buildings contract throughout Southern Ontario.
